How Orvana handles your personal data under Singapore's PDPA.

Retention

We keep your raw FASTQ sequencing file for as long as your account stays active, so we can re-run our pipeline against it if the science improves or something needs re-checking. It is never shared beyond the sequencing lab that produced it and our own analysis pipeline.

Erasure

Requesting erasure permanently deletes your raw FASTQ file and every result, questionnaire answer, and report derived from your identity. Your signed consent record and an immutable, de-identified audit trail are kept, as PDPA and our clinical accountability obligations require.

This cannot be undone

Once processed, your raw sequencing data and identity-linked results are gone for good.
